GoneGambling reserves the right to refuse to accept advertising from any person or business without giving any reason whatsoever. In the event of a refusal, no correspondence will be entered into.

No refunds for advertising will be made by GoneGambling. In the unlikely event that an advertiser is not satisfied with the results achieved through a GoneGambling promotion, the promotion may be repeated for the same length of time as the original promotion was scheduled. Any repeat promotion will be at the sole discretion of GoneGambling and will exclude one off mailings to the GoneGambling members list.
