For all confused about when Santa chat starts:
Santa chat will start at 4pm EST and end at 7pm EST.
(One of the earlier newsletters gave out a 'Pacific coast' time that was mistakenly marked as EST. This has since been corrected... And it took me this long to figure out the boo boo... my apologies)
