Another damn casino with bonus wagering requirements that you cant find. Kudos casino ,made two deposit lost of coarse but they gave me my daily kudos the next day of 15 dollars got it up to 1300 and cashed out AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT

I went to the KUDO'S site to look at the "Terms & Conditions" they have.

This was what I found regarding your issue:

During play with Kudos Credits wagers may not exceed 25% of the original credit amount. This is active as long as the Kudos Credits remain in the account balance regardless of the wagering requirement.

It was listed under T&C and I found it with no problem.

I do sympathize with you on this issue, as I know you were obviously thrilled winning $1300 from a $15 bonus.

It does suck... but those terms, ridiculous as they may seem, are listed on their T&C page.

But im sticking to land base casino from now on. Money spent and money won is mine without any T/C to go along with it Sorry Greeds but im done. I wont close my membership here but you can have my gg's to give out to whom ever needs them.

Sad to see a post like this. I feel for the player. Most players don't read the terms and conditions to their finest and many have been disappointed beyond belief. 100% of the RTG's have this rule. I learned the hard way as well. I wish the affiliates that players sign up through would make it more clear. The affiliate does have a responsibility to the people that are signing up through them. Not sure who you signed up through, but I would surely make them aware.

The casino can and do restrict games from play when certain bonuses are used and i know for a fact they can restrict wagering amounts as well, so my question is when given a bonus that has restriction why not have them in place when you start to gamble. This way everyone is protected from making a mistake.

I feel for you! We gamblers do not have the patience to read a book before we play. I made a vow many years ago not to play at the casinos that have any type of terms like that. I was a hard and fast micro player because there were no such rogue type terms at that time. I am so sorry that happened to you, I know myself. I would freak out if that happened to me. I agree with you, if they don't want you to play 25% over whatever it is they want, they need to put that in place within their software. Why wouldn't they do that? So they can hopefully save money? Not cool.
