conversion issues?

Hi kotsy,
I took a look and do see a conversion for winaday showing in your history. Sometimes the gg email system has a mind of it's own and it may have missed sending your converstion letter. Try going to the lost and found section of your member's area and check the drop down list for winaday, it should be there. Select it, and then hit the send button. That will re-send the letter to you and the casino.
