Actions to do AFTER YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THE RULES/REQUIREMENTS:
On the Casino Bonuses page:
Enter your username that you use at the casino into it's corresponding box on the casinos list AND be sure to click the 'save' button next to it.
Now make sure that you have less than 1999 gg's available (not banked) DO NO HAVE MORE THAN THIS.
Now look for the 'conversion' tic box for this casino and tic AND save again.
Now check to see that the word 'conversion' has changed color to blue and is now boldface for this casino.
Now you are ready to convert:
Go to the 'banking' page and withdraw 2,500 GG's. If you have less than 2,500 GG's in the bank just withdraw all you can. The most you can convert is 2,500 GG's. The bank will make any adjustments if you happen to have withdrawn more than 2,500 worth of GG's. I make it a habit to always withdraw 2,500 so I can get my full conversion. The minimum conversion is 2,000 GG's (twenty dollars at the casino) and the maximum is 2,500 (twenty-five dollars worth at the casino)
Wait a moment then go check your bonuses page to see if your GG's have been converted by looking to see that your chosen casino is no longer set for conversion and you are now set on 'GG Hold'.
If done properly you will receive email from GG saying you have claimed your conversion bonus. Read that email and it will explain how your bonus will be processed.
Sorry to be so wordy but if you read through this a couple of times you will have a better understanding of the process.
