Yup, we seem to be having a problem. If you are having trouble not getting your win-mail, please use the lost and found section in your members area to try and re-send your win-mail. When you do that the lost and found is supposed to re-send win mail to you and to the casino.
Please try that first, and then check your casino account to see if they received your win-mail. Greedy is aware of the problem and is looking into things.
