Yup, we seem to be having a problem. If you are having trouble not getting your win-mail, please use the lost and found section in your members area to try and re-send your win-mail. When you do that the lost and found is supposed to re-send win mail to you and to the casino.

Please try that first, and then check your casino account to see if they received your win-mail. Greedy is aware of the problem and is looking into things.

Hi folks--

We're all aware of the problem and I believe Jeff is already on this (judging from what I can see in the admin). Please hold off on attempting to re-issue your emails--this will only hold things up further and won't get your bonus any quicker.

I promise, we're all over this!
