Ok the county in which I live here in Ga has started evacuation. Here and the surrounding counties. So, if mandatory evacuation has been ordered what happens if you don't comply? Some people really don't have the means to just get up and go or the money. I know that you are pretty much "on your own" if you don't, but for some it's almost impossible.

If it were me......money issues would not keep me there.....and find help to get you outta there...your life is more important than that....if you go bye bye or get seriously hurt all that your concerned about is lost anyway!!!

gagurl, if you don't have the means to leave, call the police, red cross, city hall, senior center and someone will come get you and put you in a safe place. There are many out there that will help you out. Please be safe and keep us up to date. Was holding my breath for family and Florida and S. Carolina.
