I am so tired of casinos throwing in all of these terms on bonuses they give you but don't specifically tell you or keep you from breaching. Here I thought I could trust inetbet from having any problems as they block you from any games that your not allowed to play, but Beware folks your still not safe. They have a 25% rule on wagering. But I never saw that among there ever changing rules. And the money I won was taken back because I wagered more than 25%. This sucks, that was going to pay for my daughters sweet 16 party. I went ahead and put down a deposit on the party and now I am screwed cause I wont be able to pay the balance or get the deposit back to do something small for her! I have deposited a lot of money over the years at this casino and this is how I am treated,,,,,well good bye I will never give them 1 cent ever again!

I am sorry to hear you were not aware of the rules for the bonus you claimed. Contrary to your post - this is not a new rule and has been in place for some time. It applies to all and every bonus we offer.

I checked your account to see if I could assist, perhaps this was an accident on your behalf i.e you played one game over the allowed limit etc However You played well over 200 games at bets above the allowed limit on a bonus - this represented the majority of funds won.

I am afraid I was thus not able to do anything for you in this case.

As a note to everyone on GG - please do read in full any and all terms pertaining to bonuses when you claim them. You will then avoid any such disappointment.

I decided to give they one more try and again I won and at first I was denied again. But instead of just throwing in the towel and writing them off I contacted the manager and explained the issue. Low and behold there was a misunderstanding on their part this second time and what was thought to be a no deposit comp was not, it was an a deposit bonus and thus does not carry the restrictions of a no deposit bonus. So this second win is being processed and sent to me ASAP. Thank you Inetbet and goes to show if you truly believe you have a case and stick with it the casinos that are on the up and up will work to resolve the issue. This was all done in the matter of 2 days and on the weekend too! Way to go Inetbet and I will be playing here more often! Fair is Fair --If I lose I do not bitch but if I win I should be paid. And Inetbet is a fair casino. If you have any issues just contact the manager and they will resolve that matter quickly.
