Pickled Onion
May all of you have a great Christmas and be gathered around friends and family
Count the blessing at the fact you can still enjoy another one so many do not
We will have all of our kids home again with all of their families and they will be
bringing friends and relatives.
Will be at least 30 to 40 people here and maybe more
Two times of the year that the wife demands all differences are put aside and anyone is welcome
Our door is open to anyone coming by
Cooking two turkeys each one in the 22to 23 pound range and two hams roughly each one in the 15 to 17 pound range
10 pound of mashed potatoes , 6 pounds of yams/sweet potatoes , 2 gallon of green beans and same for corn
a gallon of giblet gravy and 15 pounds or more of dressing with onions and one without
Even with the wife being so sick and tired she is cooking our 50th Christmas Dinner
