Unfortunately, I don't see a time where this will happen in the U.S.
The reason MGS left the U.S. was to protect their non-gaming assets against the DOJ. Because they were so heavily involved in the U.S. previously, they really are left out of the loop where regulated online gaming is concerned and they're not about to take a chance with jumping back into the market with things as they currently are.
Definitely sucks for us U.S. folk--non-U.S. players have so many incredible options. Maybe one day... <sigh>
