Hey all--

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the GG Auctions? Have you used our Auction Room (placed bids, won bids, etc.). If you DO use the Auctions, are you happy with the way they're run?

If you've not done an Auction, why?

Also, when we have deals running, would you prefer to simply email your deposit confirmation and bypass the Auction Room?

This is important, so I'd like to hear from everyone! :thumbsup:

I LOVE DOING THE AUCTIONS. THE ONLY THING IS THAT YOU DON'T GET VERY MANY GGS FROM THE FGLS.WHICH IS WHY I DO THE AUCTIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Yes, done the auctions. Do the repeat one's occasionally. I will always do the new deals, but have accounts at all the casino's I can right now. The newest one; Lincoln, I had an account with them ever since they came out!

I've used the auction rooms before, but don't have the patience to wait to make a bid on repeat deposit.
Many times I forget to "bid" before I deposit, so I've missed out on a lot of vouchers, but that's my problem. Other times, I just want to make deposits and play and not wait for a bid to "finally" come up.

My biggest issue is having to wait for a NEW account deal to come up in the Auction room. Sometimes Ive waited DAYS for it to come up for that particular casino. I would suggest NEW account deals be inserted more often so the wait time is more reasonable.

Back in the day, when there were thousands of gg points to bid on, I spent more time in the Auction rooms, but I seldom go there now.

I probably wouldn't miss it much if it was removed at this point, but if you had a lot of gg points to "bid" on, I might change my mind. That, or have the NEW account auctions come up more often.

And in conclusion: I can take it or leave it.

the time wait is to long to win repetes so i just dont do them. I do do the new deals they are worth the wait

I make deposits, but rarely use the auction room.
I don't want to wait for the auction I want to show up.
I like the idea of just sending a deposit confirmation.
I don't think anyone ever over bids another member.

I do repeat auctions ALL the time! I think DeeDee gets sick of my emails.....;)

I don't do much on the new deals...deposit issues. I stick exclusively to Slotland and Winaday - LOVE THEM!

Way back when......I loved the auction room. I would do all the new deposit deals if they met my criteria, and that included all of micro and a few others. Did many repeats but I didn't like the 50 min repeat dep. To me 50 was and is to high, I never dep that much at one time and I still don't . Not to say I might do the minimum 50 x in a day but thats besides the point. I loved the gg point auction and would spend lots of time in the auction to play that game. Used to have a deposit bonus but to tell you the truth I cannot remember if that was in the auction or something separate. I really cannot remember. i do know that vinyl and I would go head to head on alot of those he might recall how that was structured because for some reason I am thinking it was not out of the auction room? Swear it sucks to get old! Wonder whats going to go next after memory? lol...

It has been a couple of years since I have used the auction
I did enjoy using it when I did deposit
Really did it more out of support for the site than what I thought I would get from it
I will say the last few times I did use the auction I got very little in return
then it became harder to catch a casino I liked that I could do a auction deal on so stopped

I still look to see if my repeat casino is coming up soon,...if not then more than likely the itch needs scratching sooner than later so I'll just deposit. I used to use it all the time with all the micros and slotland. I don't remember if Playtech used the auction, but I played those too. I'm sure you were VERY sick of my emails at one point lol.

I will say that it was one of my go-to games when I was getting low on points and was a way to earn a few extra if no other bidders were in there paying attention lol. Otherwise, it really got competitive and fun! Miss that a lot. (miss the surveys too, any way to be self sufficient was fine by me).
