Site Issue Updates

I don't want anyone thinking we're not trying to sort out those nasty glitches that have been frustrating everyone. Jeff is still trying to get to the bottom of what's wrong, but he believes he MAY be on to something. Hopefully in the next several hours we'll have some better news.

In the meantime, it appears as if the Tournaments are doing alright (fingers crossed they'll continue to do so).

I'm going to hold off on issuing prizes for Eliminations until a bit later this evening or tomorrow, until Jeff gives the AOK.

Lastly, I've been anxious to get a GetLucky mailing off to everyone, but I fear that by doing so right now, it may cause further problems on the site. Just know that I'll be doing plenty of 'making up' to everyone, so please just hang in there. :crazy:

i never thought of that! i've been playing cash salad for days and i have not received a single dealer bonus. i never thought to check if the jackpots were moving and guess what? they aren't. i think i just wasted thousands of gg's.

recheck your random draw total I believe the amount is not deleting as I still have my 89 keno tickets from a week ago
