Still Getting Lost And Confused in here

I'll be the first to say that I am NOT the most tech-savvy person/gazelle in GG. However, I am really at a loss when it comes to finding my way around this new Forum! Each time I visit the main page I can see at the top right side (looking at the screen) the recent posts, the date, Who posted, etc. You following me so far? Good, I am/was too.. LOL However, when I click on that particular thread/Forum page (For example "Would You Please Help Me out?" by blackjktc (Todd), instead of finding the date of 04/26 that appears on the MAIN Forum page, it says 02/28/15??? Huh? What happened to 4/26??? Did this post finally get printed on the Front page? Was this lost in the never ending GG Email LOOP? If he opened this post back in February, why doesn't it at least mention that he rewrote this again on 4/26?? Now, here is what confuses me further.. I wanted to see if Todd still needed GG points today, which is now 04/27 (my time) or 04/28 (GG time) LOL the time warp starts here.. So, again it is a big question whether or not he still needs points and I have gone back and forth a few times already wondering if I missed something already. Forget that, I'll just CLICK on Todd's avatar (see I am trainable, I knew that word ;-) BUT when I click on the Avatar, I get not only his total history and everyone who replied to a post or other posts he started… OH WAIT! I found where he DID post again yesterday at 8:10 PM but dokken posted after him? So why wasn't DOKKEN's post on the FRONT page???
Never mind, more time lost here, I still want to know if he still needed points! What happened to the "UNDER 1,000 GG POINTS" notice when you CLICKED on the Avatar?
Okay, maybe I came in the WRONG Door to this place, there is another Front Door to this Thread towards the BOTTOM of the Forum, on the LEFT side of the page (Looking at the screen again). Do you see how I try to let you know how to follow the bread crumbs? LOL). Anyway. I am looking for "The Gifting Forum" … Okay, here it is, and I click on that (CLICK).. (OPEN).. Wait, the first thread says: "

If TODD (blackjktc) was on the FRONT page of the main Forum asking for points in the GIFTING FORUM, why isn't he the FIRST POST In the GIFTING FORUM??? (No, I am NOT mad and I am not shouting, I'm trying to use "key points" here for anyone as SLOW as I am and needs the extra help!) LMAO!!!
Oh wait again: I see TODD is the second post in here, using the same headline: "Would You Please Help Me Out.." WHAT??? But now, it has the start date of 02-28-15 at the TOP? But on the right side, it says "yesterday at 8:21PM) Okay, that was when he started the thread, and RE-Started it again. I get it now; so I'll just CLICK and enter and see if he still needs points, or if anything "connects" (I almost forgot what I was here doing in the first place; kind of like following Alice into the rabbit hole..) Sheeesh! I sure hope Bryan of Jeff doesn't start yelling "Off with her head!" LOL
Okay, back to the plan.. I CLICK on the thread and OPEN: Yup, still fuzzy in here. At the top of the page is the 02/28 original post.. OK, I can deal, I'll scroll to the bottom, right? (More time wasted..hmmm)
WHAT??? Are you freakin' kidding, or what??? At the bottom is a post from HUGGLES57 (another good friend, Sherry) But what are you doing in here, Sherry? I always love seeing your name, but you're not even part of this hopscotch game? Let's see, it was me looking to see of Todd needed points, then Connie, came by then, or was it ANN? (Dokken), then it was the time warp, oh and DEE was here too.. (Auntie Em? Uncle Henry? Where are you, I can't find my way home.. Where the hell are my ruby slippers?) Who am I? Where am I? Hey, who ordered the pastrami on Rye????
Okay, I'm back and feeling better now. Where was I? Oh yes, lost in the labyrinth that is the new Forum.. OMG! It gets worse, I'm afraid to say… At the bottom of the page is Huggles57 who replied on APRIL 04!! Not yesterday, which was 4/27 (EDST) But then, as bad as that is, there is another post from Todd that is also date April 04!!!
Can anyone explain to me why I am so confused with this? The old forum used to be so easy to find your way around, and to see if someone actually needed points. No, I don’t care how many they have, but it would be easier if you knew just by clicking on their avatar if they were under a certain number of points.

And, just to clarify further here, this is NOT the first time I have tried to gift someone and finally gave up trying, I wonder how many others have run into this as well. I wonder how many struggling members would have had been gifted it this wasn't so difficult to do here. And, today, I have spent way too long in here trying to write this out (in a funny way, I hope) to try to make sense of the new Forum. I do know I read a thread yesterday about there being TOO MANY post re-gifting, rather than just staying in the same thread.. And here is what I have tried to explain how that possibly could have happened.. Maybe others have been in my shoes (er hooves) in here also??? If so, maybe you'd like to tell me I'm NOT alone in this? Am I the only one still having trouble finding the way around here?

And finally, if ANYONE is OUT or LOW on points send me a GG mail and I will send you some. Because I can't hang around anymore, I have LOTS of paintings to do and I am getting paid for that! LOL

Just go to your gifting page and try to gift the person. The system will let you know if the person is giftable and needs points.

Really Dee? And do you wonder why no one posts in the Forum anymore? I tried very hard to explain why I was having such a tough time finding my way around the Forum, (and I was using humor, instead of just complaining) and I was "asking for help. So, what did I get in return? Criticism and rudeness! And this is not what anyone who supports this site and our sponsors deserves to hear from management. I am getting fed up with being "b$tchslapped" here and in the Chat room also!

And if anyone wants to tell me that: "I should have sent DEE a PM telling her that," remember where it started! Then, ask management to do the same to show a better example.

In all the time I have been here if I ever hurt anyone's feelings either by mistake, or out of anger I have always apologized to that person and to everyone else. I think I deserve the same courtesy after being here over twelve years.

I realize she’s a long-time member who may have developed some very tight bonds with some of our members. At the same time, Bryan, Dee and I have been working hard to get GoneGambling on better footing and having this sort of distraction and negative influence is absolutely counterproductive to what it is we’re trying to create.

At the end of the day, GoneGambling has always been a community where our members and staff all have managed to get along, relax, have a few laughs, play some games and do some gambling with our sponsors. I just want to make sure we get back to that ‘feel-good’ feeling.

Being banned myself at a time cough cough is no fun but I never talked ill about the banners I took my ban as the punishment that was given to me

In my opinion.......When a person gets bitter and mad over a site, it's time to leave! This is suppose to be an upbeat and fun place to be! I hate reading about negative things! I come on here to have a good time! We all get frustrated not winning, but things usually turn around

wth? what the heck did i miss? Im lost here someone spell it out. I haven't been around because my busiest time of year is during Coachella and Stagecoach. But Im back and I know Im slow but Im totally lost. Ban forever? I read the posts I don't get it.
