It is complicated, but all because at Tropica they have a lot of little clauses in their terms and conditions, it's hard to keep up with them. And it's not fun when you have to "tip toe" and keep up with each spin and how much you bet on each spin, etc. VERY nit picky.
For instance, if they give you a $25 chip (just because they love you), you can only cash out for 10x that amount or ( $250). But during that time, if you play a slot for more "per spin" than the T&C dictates, you violated your terms and forfeit any winnings.
Same thing if you take them up on any of their bonuses when you deposit $20 or more, you will get lots of money to "play with" but before you can withdraw, you have to "play thru" about $20,000! You are limited to the bet size too.
I had managed to get mine down to about a few thousand dollars and increased my bet to $10 per spin. However, that violated my terms because I was not allowed to bet $10 per spin. Another time, I didn't do a $10 spin, but I exceeded the "number of spins" I could play during the pay through. So it's crazy complicated and not very easy to win anything.
I tried cashing out finally after spending thousands of dollars, and they "lost" my withdrawal transaction. After finally speaking to the VP of operations, he decided he would "eat" the first $1000 he said must have gotten lost in cyberspace, and wire me another. Amazing how quickly I got that one after threatening him that I would report to Casinomeister and other affiliates if they didn't pay me.
That was the only bad casino I experienced... Club World, InetBet, etc ...all that GG sponsors, are great. That's why I only play those that are approved by GG because Greedy WILL go to bat for you if your complaint is legitimate.
But now that I've gone the bonus and free chip route, I have decided to skip all that and just deposit straight up with no chips and no bonuses. This way, I don't have to play through anything or risk "violating any terms and conditions" so what I win is MINE.
In answer to your question about Club World, or any other casino that GG sponsors and have random jackpots, if you are not playing a bonus, you will get paid all of it.
If you are playing a bonus, it will depend on how much play through you have remaining. It might vary with each casino, but I'm pretty sure, if you win a random jackpot, you will get all the random jackpot MINUS the bonus and any play through remaining.
Or they might ask that you finish playing through and then cash out and you'll get the balance of the random jackpot win.
Hope this helps and not confusing.
