Yes they are. I was shocked when my check arrived. I was expecting a few more days wait at least. That would have made it a week. But the check was here in around 3 days !
PS: i am in USA also.

I have had experience with a couple of checks from Winaday. Depending on the size of the check, when you request the withdrawal will determine how long it takes. They process withdrawals once a week right after midnight tuesday night. For VIP members they give some extra time to make a withdrawal. If the win is a small amount, they send the check via regular mail, but if it's over a certain amount they send it Federal Express. This is from my experience, maybe someone else could comment on this information and correct it if it's not correct.
